Dr. Levin's practice is completely dedicated to performing Tubal Ligation Reversals. Dr. Levin, who is the American pioneer of Tubal Ligation Reversals (1976), has performed more successful procedures than any other physician. Women come from all over the United States and Worldwide because of his specialized techniques and very high success rates. Dr. Levin's staff provides warm, friendly, expedient and cost effective service.

Dr. Levin was the first person in the World ever to perform legal Surrogacy services (1979). Surrogate Parenting Associates Inc. (SPA) is directed by Pam Levin and remains the premier Surrogacy agency in North America.
